How it all started

2020. Covid. Lockdown. Like many, I started getting into Bitcoin. Not out of boredom, but curiosity. I studied physics at ETH Zurich. When something interests me, I want to UNDERSTAND it. Not just the surface. But the mechanics underneath. Hypothesis, experiment, analysis. That's what ETH taught me. And that's exactly how I approached crypto.

So I did what everyone does: watched YouTube, read Reddit, followed trading "tips". RSI. MACD. Fear & Greed. "Buy the dip, bro."

And then I started doing the math.

Not "I think this works". But: real Bitcoin data. 6 years. Every strategy systematically calculated. Like in physics: form a hypothesis, test it, analyze. Not once. Hundreds of times.

The 5 that survived

5 strategies survived my filtering process. They all had something in common: they were boring. Few trades. Broad parameter robustness. Positive results in EVERY time window.

None of them looked impressive on Twitter. But they worked. So I automated them. That became 3 trading bots that now run live with real money.

Why I'm sharing this

I learned some expensive lessons along the way. $178,000 on the screen and didn't sell. 3 years patiently buying XRP. FOMO, panic, sleepless nights — been through it all.

BearBullRadar is my attempt to make the crypto world a little more honest. For my father-in-law who asks "Should I buy Bitcoin?" For the colleague who read "Buy the Dip." For everyone who wonders what REALLY works.

Every article is based on real data. Every claim is backed by numbers. I share my mistakes just as openly as my successes.
