Mode 1: Observer · v0 · No capital moved

The Treasurer would allocate.

A meta-bot that reads opportunity signals from each validated strategy and recommends a daily capital allocation. No real or paper capital is moved — this is pure transparency about how a future allocator would route across the validated edges.

How the Treasurer thinks

Each strategy in the BBR lineup exposes a daily snapshot: is there an active opportunity right now, what's the expected APR, how confident is the edge, what's the risk profile. The Treasurer applies hard gates first (reject anything stale, untested, or below threshold), then scores the survivors:

score = expected_apr
        × validation_multiplier (Tier 1 = 1.0, Tier 2 = 0.65)
        × state_multiplier (paper_only = 1.0)
        × diversification_mult (market-neutral gets +20%)
        × liquidity_multiplier (penalize wide spread)
        − complexity_penalty (cluster-dependent edges -10%)

The defensive bias comes from portfolio buckets, not the scores themselves: minimum 30% cash reserve, maximum 70% deployed across all risk sleeves, and per-strategy caps (Basis Sentinel ≤ 50%, Carry Router ≤ 50%, Sentry ≤ 15%). When no strategy has an active opportunity, the recommendation is simply: hold cash and wait.

What it does

  • Scores opportunities daily
  • Outputs a recommended weight per strategy
  • Logs every decision (rejected and accepted) with reason
  • Sends a daily Telegram digest

What it does NOT do

  • Place orders
  • Move real or paper capital
  • Optimize aggressively for return
  • Allocate to research-quarantine strategies

Mode roadmap

Same graduation philosophy as the individual bots: observe first, allocate paper-only second, advise the user third, and only then — much later — execute.

Now · Mode 1

Observer

Scores daily, outputs a recommendation, logs everything. No capital moves.

Mode 2

Paper Allocator

Simulates capital moves on a paper portfolio. Tracks meta-bot PnL vs naive equal-weight. Eligible after ≥90 days of clean Observer logs.

Mode 3

Advisor

Produces human-readable allocation instructions. No orders. User decides.

Mode 4+

Semi-autonomous Executor

Reserved for after the all-paper graduation window (≥6 months forward proof + per-strategy real-money tier). Not before 2026-10-28.
